Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Health and personal care items
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
Please do not send or try to return your product to a physical location.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account. Then, contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the bank's processing time.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee it arrives well.
Club Custom Items (If Applicable)
Items that are marked as "Club Customizable" are final sale and may not be returned.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are final and may not be returned.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TrilogyShop@BlueStarResorts.com and send your item to: 8777 N Gainey Center Dr, Suite 135, Scottsdale AZ 85258, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can only send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our quick processing time, please reach out as soon as you can about any edits you may need to make to your order. We are only able to cancel orders before they ship out. You can email us at TrilogyShop@BlueStarResorts.com for order changes or cancellations.
Processing & Shipping Time
Standard orders take 1-3 business days to fulfill and ship. During promotional events or holidays, orders can take 7-10 business days to fulfill and ship.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped and how to track it. If you have an account with #MTL Shop, you can log in to view your order and tracking information.
